⚙️ Working Process
1️⃣ Pre-filtration Stage
Raw water is passed through media or cartridge filters to remove visible particles before entering the UF module.
2️⃣ Membrane Separation
Water passes through hollow fiber or spiral-wound UF membranes that retain all bacteria, viruses, and suspended particles while allowing clean water to pass.
3️⃣ Forward & Back Flush System
Automatic flushing prevents membrane clogging, increasing life span and ensuring high output.
4️⃣ Post-treatment (Optional)
Can be integrated with disinfection systems or polishing filters depending on water use case.
