🧪 Method of Application

1. Close the bleed-off valve before dosing.

2. Add AQUAGLOBE 3011 to the circulating water system.

3. Continue circulation as in normal operation.

4. Monitor system performance. Add more if scale persists.

5. Effective cleaning is determined by:
   ✔️ Dissolved solids level
   ✔️ Iron content
   ✔️ Flow rate & heat transfer efficiency

6. Flush the system thoroughly with fresh water after cleaning.

7. Rinse until pH stabilizes between 7.0 to 8.0.

8. Immediately start passivation to protect cleaned surfaces.

Note: Dosage depends on scale severity and system water quality.

⚠️ Storage & Safety Precautions

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

• Always add AQUAGLOBE 3011 to water, never the reverse.

• Use PVC or stainless steel tanks for dilution.

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing – wear gloves and goggles.

• Not recommended for use with galvanized metals, zinc alloys, or some stainless steels without prior testing.

• After use, rinse surface thoroughly with water to neutralize any residual acidity.
